I will organize the Candle Light Vigil in Tokyo on the same day when you will have one.

I am a member of Children's Rights Council of Japan and the Oyako-Net (the Nationwide Network for Realizing Visitation in Japan), and have been coordinating both foreign and Japanese left-behind parents to lobby the Japanese government to establish joint custody and visitation after divorce.

I would like to join this event and organize one in Tokyo with mainly left-behind mothers.

My purpose of Candlelight Vigil is:

1. For a healing for left-behind parents.

2. For a media event---to raise awareness of the issue.
